Booking Policy
Rates are dependent on and do not include travel expenses and/or studio bookings.
Booking agreements must be approved prior to shooting.
All clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times.
Prior to photoshoot, 20% of the non-refundable deposit is required in order to book date & time. The remainder of agreed payment must be collected either before the shoot, but definitively before unedited proofs can be released to clients.
Payment can be made in the form of: PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle or Cash. Checks are not accepted UNLESS made by entity with LLC or upon explicit agreement by photographer.
Paid bookings will have all unedited shots released after 100% of payment is completed.
***TIMING IS IMPORTANT; ONCE BOOKINGS ARE MADE, DATE, LOCATION AND TIME MUST BE HONORED, UNLESS PRIOR COMMUNICATION IS MADE AND AGREED.***
If you are unable to make designated photoshoot date/time, client MUST contact photographer within 72 hours in order to maintain non-refundable deposit and amend shooting date and time.
If I, Ekow Bartels (Kodwo Photos) is unable to meet the agreed date and/or time of agreed photoshoot and client will be fully refunded for deposit. If product is not able to be provide (not based on quality but in literal destruction of products due to destruction of camera, computer or act of God), client will be fully refunded.
I, Ekow Bartels (Kodwo Photos), am not responsible for any damages or injuries during photoshoot, as the safety of clients and persons involved in the photoshoot are of the utmost importance.
